Meet Our Experts
George Williams
George is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ReliabilityX. He has over 25 years experience in Life Sciences and food manufacturing industries. George has a master’s degree in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Management from Monash University. He is certified in Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasound, and Motion Amplification. He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Reliability Leader (CRL), CRL Black Belt (CRLBB), an Uptime Award Winner, Solutions Award Winner, and the 2016 CMRP of the Year recipient. He is a well-recognized thought leader, change agent, speaker and teacher within the industry. He teaches courses as part of the University of Wisconsin’s Maintenance and Reliability Management Certificate program.
Alex Bolan
Alex Bolan, the driving force behind Sales and Marketing at DigitalThinker, excels with a keen eye for opportunity and relationship-building prowess. as President of DigitalThinker, Alex embodies the philosophy of servant leadership, believing it to be the most effective approach to guiding his team. He invests time in understanding each team member personally, employing emotional intelligence in his interactions, whether with individuals or the collective group. Alex is also a dedicated family man, married with a son and expecting a daughter. His personal core values are deeply rooted in God, Family, and Country, further shaped by his experience as a veteran.
Matthew Knuth
With 25+ years of extensive field experience in condition monitoring, asset reliability, industrial equipment repair, as Vice President of Reliability Solutions at Uptime Solutions, I am passionate about helping industrial and commercial facilities maximize their reliability and profitability with intelligent and tailored solutions. I leverage my expertise in vibration & ultrasonic analysis, oil analysis, and asset reliability to implement and improve condition monitoring and reliability programs for clients across all sectors of industry.
I am a certified CAT III Vibration Analyst, Level II Oil Analyst (Expired), and a CMRP, CMRT, and CRL certification holder with a background in electromechanical engineering and automotive technology. I have worked with major companies such as Kimberly Clark, Georgia Pacific, Weyerhaeuser, Mercury Marine, Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, and many more, delivering high-quality analysis and proactive problem resolution. I am always eager to learn new technologies and techniques, and to share my knowledge and insights with others through education and public speaking. I am also an avid aviator and a private aircraft pilot, pursuing my passion for flying and exploring new horizons.
Dan Anderson
Dan Anderson is the Director of Business Development with ReliabilityX. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The Citadel. In addition, Dan serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for SMRP (The Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals).
Dan is experienced in all areas of manufacturing process and plant operations. He has directed and implemented cost savings initiatives and developed process controls in asset management, planning and scheduling, root cause analysis, materials management, reliability engineering along with several other continuous improvement programs.
Prior to joining ReliabilityX, Dan spent over 30 years working as a CMMS Software Implementation Consultant, Manufacturing Engineer, and Learning Professional in the fields of asset management and reliability. He is a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional and understands how effective business process reengineering can be applied with sustainable results.
